How We Work

Your website is your business. We provide you with a domain name, if needed, and hosting. We recommend that you purchase your domain name from someone else, for the simple fact that it is better to have your domain and hosting through different companies. That way, if something unexpected happens, you haven't lost both your domain and your hosting. With our 99% uptime guarantee that is unlikely to occur, but it's nice to know that you haven't lost everything should that happen.

Payments and Billing

For new customers, we offer one month FREE hosting with any package, when you pay for one year of hosting from us. Hosting may be paid on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or yearly basis. If, at any time, you are not happy with our service, please let us know, and we can terminate your account. Obviously, let us know prior to you being very unhappy with our hosting plans, since many times a simple mis-understanding may be the culprit.

Our hosting packages are billed on a monthly basis (if you choose that option), and you will receive an email about one week prior to the due date. Please follow the instructions in the email, and pay in a timely manner. Just as you expect great service from us, we cannot provide you with awesome customer service if we are not paid.
